Ontario Finance Minister Vic Fedeli says teachers who protested program cuts outside his North Bay office recently don’t have anything to protest over — yet.
According to a report in Bay Today, a North Bay news website, Fedeli said that despite cuts that have already been made, nothing has been decided yet on the provincial budget.
“We are consulting on insurance right now, we are consulting on beer and wine in corner stores so we are listening to the people whether it is on something like education which is so important and all of the other issues we are listening right now and so I would say everything we do is for the people,” Fedeli is quoted as saying.
