The provincial appointee running the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) is warning that a balanced budget isn’t around the corner.
Bob Plamondon made those comments at a Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) meeting on Wednesday, after board finance staff revealed that the fiscal picture for special education is worse than previously expected.
